About Pal Breed Calc
Who operates Pal Breed Calc, why it exists, and how its breeding results are produced and checked.

What we make
Pal Breed Calc is an independent, fan-made utility for Palworld players. It is operated by a small independent developer team and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pocketpair, Inc.
The project exists to answer two practical questions quickly: what child two Pals will produce, and which parent pairs can produce a target Pal. The route planner builds on the same data to find short breeding paths from the Pals a player already owns.
Our approach
The calculator is an original interactive implementation of Palworld's breeding rules. It combines the game's species ranks with special-combination overrides, applies the published community formula, and exposes the result through search, reverse lookup, per-Pal guides, and a shortest-path planner.
We cross-check results against the current game version and trusted community data after major updates. The verification date is shown in the footer. When sources disagree, we test representative combinations and favor results that match the live game.
Editorial independence
We do not accept payment to change breeding results, rankings, or recommendations. If advertising is introduced, ads will be visually separate from the calculator and will not influence the data or guidance.
Ownership and attribution
The site's code, interface, explanations, and route-planning implementation are original to Pal Breed Calc. Palworld names, characters, trademarks, and related game assets belong to their respective owners. Limited character thumbnails are used only to help players identify the matching in-game creature; see Sources & asset use for details.
