Privacy Policy
How Pal Breed Calc collects, uses, shares, and protects information, including analytics and advertising services.
Last updated: 2026-08-12
Introduction
Pal Breed Calc (palbreedcalc.com) is a free, independent, fan-made breeding calculator for Palworld. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the site, why it is used, which providers may receive it, and the choices available to you.
The calculator can be used without an account. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
- Calculator use. Parent selections, target selections, filters, and route-planner inputs normally stay in your browser or are included in the page URL so the requested result can be displayed. Do not place names, email addresses, or other personal information in shared URLs.
- Account information (optional). If you create an account, we store the email address, display name, authentication records, and settings needed to provide it.
- Support information (optional). If you submit a ticket, we store its title, message, attachments, status, account identifier, and replies.
- Technical and security data. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, response status, and similar logs needed to deliver and protect the service.
- Preferences and consent. We use cookies or browser storage for language, theme, session state, and your privacy choices.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 may receive page URLs, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device details, language, and interaction events under the regional controls described below. If configured, Plausible measures aggregate traffic without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, ticket contents, or other directly identifying account data in analytics events.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses Consent Mode to adjust measurement by region and by your saved choice. In regions where prior consent is required, analytics storage is denied by default: the Google tag may send cookieless measurement signals, but it does not write Google Analytics cookies unless you consent. In other regions, analytics storage may be enabled by default where permitted, and you can disable it at any time through Privacy choices. Google may receive and process IP addresses and other technical identifiers under its terms.
Google explains how it uses information from partner sites at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where available.
Advertising and third parties
Pal Breed Calc may display up to three Adsterra units on eligible public content pages. On viewports at least 1536 CSS pixels wide, the layout uses one responsive 728×90 banner, one fixed 160×600 skyscraper ad in the left rail, and one in-flow Native Banner. The right rail contains only internal navigation links. Tablet widths use three responsive 728×90 banners in the normal document flow. Phones use one 320×50 banner plus two in-flow Native Banners. Adsterra code loads only after the applicable advertising choice allows it. We do not enable pop-under, Smartlink, Social Bar, mobile sticky, bottom-anchor, or content-covering overlay formats. Google AdSense is configured separately and will only serve after the site and account meet Google's requirements. Ad availability may vary by page, visitor location, consent status, and available inventory, so an advertisement may not appear on every visit. On pages where advertising is requested or displayed:
- Adsterra, Google, and their demand partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve, measure, limit, or personalize ads under their own policies.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve, limit, personalize, and measure ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
- Users can control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and may opt out of some third-party personalized advertising through AboutAds.
The site's advertising choice controls whether Adsterra's display scripts may load. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, advertising is disabled until the visitor makes a choice. Google AdSense requests remain separately gated by the site's Google-certified consent platform when enabled. We do not intentionally pass names, email addresses, ticket contents, or other directly identifying account information to advertising providers.
Interest-based advertising and audience limits
Google and eligible demand partners may use information about visits to this and other sites for interest-based advertising (also called personalized advertising or IBA) when the visitor has made the required choice. Pal Breed Calc does not upload customer lists to advertising platforms, build advertising audiences from account emails or support tickets, or use health, financial-hardship, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, union membership, sexual behavior, sexual orientation, child-directed activity, or other sensitive categories for ad targeting. We also do not operate housing, employment, or credit campaigns that target people by protected personal attributes.
The site does not request precise device location. Map coordinates shown by the Palworld tools describe fictional in-game locations and are not the visitor's physical location. If a future feature needs precise device location, it will remain disabled until this policy is updated and an explicit opt-in flow is available.
Advertising requests must not contain personally identifiable information. Our first-party ad loader sends the public AdSense publisher identifier and the ordinary page context; it does not add account email, display name, support content, phone number, or another direct identifier to the request URL or ad data layer. Site operators must preserve this restriction when adding any future ad unit, analytics event, or campaign parameter.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the calculator and route planner.
- Remember language, display, and privacy preferences.
- Maintain accounts and respond to tickets, corrections, and rights requests.
- Measure aggregate usage under the regional privacy controls described above.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Legal bases and consent
Where applicable, necessary processing is based on providing the service, protecting it, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure utility. Identifier-based analytics, optional support integrations, and advertising rely on regional requirements and your available choices. Google advertising choices are collected through a Google-certified platform where required.
Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept, reject, or change optional analytics, support, and advertising services. Withdrawing analytics permission sends a denied Google Consent Mode signal and removes first-party Google Analytics cookies that we can identify on this domain. Withdrawing advertising permission prevents the site's Adsterra ad script from loading; a reload is used when an already-loaded third-party script needs to be removed. Browser controls can also delete or block cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Sharing and service providers
We disclose information only as needed to providers that help run the service, such as:
- Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, database infrastructure, security, and request logs.
- Google Analytics under regional Consent Mode controls, or Plausible for cookieless aggregate analytics when configured.
- Authentication, email, storage, or customer-support providers when the corresponding account or support feature is used.
- Adsterra and its demand partners when an eligible content page requests or displays advertising after the applicable advertising choice is allowed.
- Google and its advertising technology providers when an eligible content page requests or displays AdSense advertising under the controls described above.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request. Providers may process information in countries outside your own under their contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention and security
Request logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security under our hosting configuration. Account and ticket records are retained while the account or support history is active, or as needed for security and legal obligations. Privacy choices are stored for up to 180 days unless you replace or delete them. Analytics retention follows the configured provider settings.
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to stored account data is restricted. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we minimize the personal information needed to operate the site.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. Submit a request through our Contact page. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account.
Children's privacy
The site is a general-audience game utility and is not directed to children under 13. No personal information is required to use the calculator. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization, and we do not use calculator activity to create child-directed advertising audiences.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears above. Material changes will be reflected on this page before the changed processing is used where required.
Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact page. The private support center creates an auditable thread and helps us verify account-related requests.
